Refund Policy

At Sunwalker International Consulting Inc., we are committed to delivering high-value consulting, digital expansion, and partnership development services. Due to the nature of our work—often involving customized strategies, third-party coordination, and pre-scheduled resources—our refund policy is outlined below:


1. General Policy

All payments made to Sunwalker International Consulting Inc. are considered non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Consulting retainers

  • Market research or feasibility studies

  • Strategy development fees

  • Cross-border trade coordination

  • Digital rollout or platform onboarding work


2. Deposits & Project-Based Work

For project-based services requiring an upfront deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If a cancellation is requested before project initiation, a partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative and opportunity costs.


3. Cancellation by Client

If a client terminates the engagement before the agreed service period is completed:

  • No refund will be provided for services already delivered or resources committed.

  • Any remaining funds may be applied as credit toward future services, at our discretion.


4. Cancellation by Sunwalker

If Sunwalker International Consulting Inc. cancels a service engagement due to unforeseen internal issues or inability to deliver, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused portion of pre-paid services.


5. Third-Party Services

If our services include facilitating or integrating third-party providers (e.g., e-commerce platforms, influencers, logistics, IP agents), their refund policies will apply independently. We are not liable for refunds from third-party vendors.


6. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us directly to discuss possible solutions before initiating a refund request.
